Os funcionários da recepção e no café da manhã foram excelentes. Mesmo não conseguindo acompanhar a demanda (já que são 40 quartos no hotel), foram muito prestativos. Um hotel com 40 quartos deixar UM tomando conta do café da manhã parece piada de mal gosto.
O quarto que fiquei não tinha um gancho pra pendurar toalha, Nem no quarto e nem no banheiro. A toalha tinha que ficar na porta ou em cima da mala. E as malas no chão, que não não tinha sequer uma cadeira. Arara pra roupas então nem se fala.
O banheiro tinha apenas um apoio para o sabonete. Shampoo e tem que ser no chão.
Foi solicitado a troca das toalhas, mas a pessoa que estava na limpeza (parecia não estar contente com o trabalho) disse que não tinha e " mais tarde vai chegar e troco", o que não aconteceu.
O ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem.
O que salva o hotel é a localização, mas isso não é suficiente.
A sugestão é quando for reservar, peça um quarto onde possa pendurar toalhas (de preferencia que troquem qdo solicitado) e que o ar funcione bem.

"The hotel is nice and very well located. It's undergoing remodeling in some rooms, but they keep it organized. The pool and garden area is very nice, with beach-voley and tennis courts well maintained. We really enjoyed it!"
