Excellent hotel in a perfect location right on the Promenade des Anglais. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was within easy walking distance. A wonderful stay in Nice – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Charming.
The staff were quite courteous especially the hotel part. However it appeared to us that almost every member is new, given its nature of being a seasonal accommodation? Overall, the information for the guests was not well organized, the management should work it out. Given being in a castle/town, parking is very complicated. Also, instead of the availability of calling a private car service should be immediately presented to the guests at check-in, in stead of a simple sign next to the bar counter. Overall, a nice spot for stationery vacations. I would not mind coming back though.
Do book « Fleur de Sel » 2 mins by foot.

An OK place to stop..
"Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really."
