"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). "This hotel had everything that one needs for an affordable price. It was very clean as well. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Mattress is very firm, to the point of some back pain in the morning. 2. Adding a coffee maker and tea pot would be appreciated."
