「Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent.」

「No elevators. with suitcase it is difficult.」

「I sustained an injury upon arriving in Rotterdam, so I headed straight to the hotel from the hospital to check in. I am sincerely grateful for the care and consideration shown to me during my stay. The staff's wonderful hospitality and the clean, comfortable room were outstanding. When I visit Rotterdam again after recovering from my injury, I would definitely love to stay here once more. Thank you very much.」

「I thought I could use SPA for free, but was told, it is 15EURO per day. Should be told on youe web.」

「Wonderful hospitality, delicious breakfast, and a great location! This was my second stay at this hotel. During my previous visit, the hotel was undergoing renovations, but this time I was truly impressed by the wonderful hospitality and delicious breakfast. The location is also excellent, with metro and tram stops nearby, as well as the lively Lijnbaan shopping street. Rotterdam Central Station is about a 14-minute walk or a 10-minute tram ride from the hotel, and the iconic Erasmus Bridge is...
