Short steps to Drake Park, Deschutes River, the west side and downtown, as well as easy access to Hayden Homes Amphitheater, mountain biking, and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort, which makes this a pivotal location for the perfect getaway to experience all that Bend has to offer.

Newly remodeled and updated with new stainless steel appliances, ductless air conditioning and heating, light fixtures, blinds, paint and furnishings in 2025, this home offers three comfortable queen bedrooms, two bathrooms (newly added/remodeled), living room with three ceiling fans, large smart TV, natural gas stove fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, seated dining for six, two work stations w monitors, complete with a washer and dryer.
