This beautiful riverside ground floor corner cottage can sleep up to four people, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with cookware. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom. In the main living area, you have a nice sleeper sofa, a tv and a private washer and dryer. Step out onto your large private patio to enjoy the Deschutes River! Bring your horseshoes or croquet set and take advantage of the quick connection to some outdoor fun! Also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub daily!



The Space:

"The Chosen View" is what we have named unit 250 here at Bend Riverside Rentals. It is an adorable one bedroom, two bathroom cottage with arguably the best view on the property! Step into this cozy downtown Bend cottage and leave all your troubles behind as you kick back and take in the unbeatable riverfront view! You really can't get any closer to the Deschutes without getting wet! 



This condo can sleep up to four guests with it's queen size bed in the private bedroom as well as the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a bathtub. Are you visiting for an extended stay? This is one of the few condos in our rental pool that has it's own private washer and dryer right there in the unit! 



The kitchen is right off the living room with an open concept so you can still be part of the group while you're in there cooking up a delicious meal! In the kitchen, you will find beautiful granite countertops, a full sized oven with a glass cooktop, microwave and full size fridge.



In the living room, you will find a large comfy couch that also doubles as a sleeper sofa. Take a load off while watching a movie and keeping an eye on the river dam right out the living room window! The dining set is also situated right there at the oversized window, making for the most romantic dinner view in town! The window is tinted for privacy so although you are situated on a semi-busy trail, others cannot see in from the outside.



The best part of this condo is the location! It is an end unit and the sliding glass door opens up to your own semi fenced patio as well as a large shared grassy lawn area and direct access to the Deschutes River Trail! Bring your horseshoes or croquet set and take advantage of the quick connection to some outdoor fun! 

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily, so be sure to bring those swimsuits!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
