We had a great stay!! House looked exactly like the listing. Communication with host was super easy. We had an issue with the microwave and they responded right away and solved the problem within hours. The only thing was that our room held heat a little too well. Only noticed this because we had a 2 month old baby and it was a little warm for him. Not an issue, just something to be aware of if you’re staying here with a baby who doesn’t regulate temp well. Overall LOVED the house. Would recommend it to others with a small family or group.

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. With the house being located at the south end of the resort it was nice and quiet. It also has a fun retro vibe. We loved the privacy of the large deck and hot tub. Our only complaint would be the loud noises the house it’s self made. There was good communication from the property management making sure we had what we needed after we arrived.

My husband and I took our adult children to revisit childhood memories biking, hiking, and floating the river. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and fit our needs perfectly. It's hard to trust photos, but this house is just as stunning in real life. There is so much storage and room for everything and everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped for even the most serious of chefs. We saved money and made our own meals, enjoying them on the large beautiful deck. The bikes and SHARC passes were an added bonus!

Great location- Very Cozy

We loved the vibe of the house, the bedrooms were all beautiful with tall ceilings and great beds. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and being able to see the hot tub and back deck, especially if you have kiddos. Loved the fireplace! House is in a cul de sac which is was also great for when the kids wanted to go outside. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay in this lovely and well-appointed property. The back deck was amazing and shaded in the evenings. The bed in the master was firmer than my taste, but other than that everything was great; the property manager was responsive when we contacted them with a couple of requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely updated Sunriver property

Beautifully updated kitchen/living room, pool passes, and huge deck were big bonuses. Loved having access to bikes (including locks!)!! Rooms were nice and well-appointed. Hot tub was great! Near bike paths to explore all Sunriver has to offer.

Nice Sunriver house

This was a great house for our vacation. Large, spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Fantastic hot tub, and the air conditioning was much needed. Bathrooms are dated, but fine. We’d stay here again, for sure.

Retro Home

I loved the updated 1970s house. Nice spacious rooms. I would recommend updating dishwasher or giving it a good cleaning because the dishes don't get very clean and a lot of residue. BUT the hot tub is new and amazing and loved the close location to the Sunriver Grocery Store. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace so I would recommend an info sheet on that. The tub needs a good detailed cleaning and the toilet seat needs replacing since it's broken. I loved the retro design of the house. Loved the kitchen and all the utensils. We had a great stay and would stay again. Even learned how to play Backgammon.

Mostly quiet Sunriver enclave

Nice house and great location for Sunriver. Close enough to town to be bikeable, but not too close to be highly trafficked. Loud neighbors throwing a party on our last night, but great other than that.

One problem after the other

It all started with disgusting ovens. They were beyond cleaning. Owner knew about them. He did nothing. On day of arrival, we had no natural gas to have hot water, gas stove. Wasn’t fixed until 9;30 pm. Again owner was notified of gas being off. After golfing upon entering home ,we smelled natural gas. Once again Cascade Natural Gas showed up .He monitored some gas coming from a seal on hot water pipe. He told us it wasn’t enough to cause harm to us. He put gas monitor in the inside wall. The seal was never fixed while in home. It was very disconcerting to have smelled gas in our rental. Bathroom toilet always ran, but no one showed up to fix it. Granted this is minor, but we were just tired of having to complain to contact people.

2 Pioneer

My girlfriends and I had a great week-end in Sunriver and LOVED the house! It's really big with a great kitchen, huge deck and three bedrooms, each with double or larger mattresses(beds). We enjoyed the hot tub and the stars and the quick bike ride to The Village. Yes, it only has one shower, but that was not a big deal at all to us, especially as everything else was great. We'd go back again.

Everything we were looking for.

The location was very quiet and convenient for our ski trip to Bachelor. The home was very well appointed with labels on all of the drawers and cabinets which made it easy to find things and return them to their proper places. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for our group. Our hosts were easily available by phone to answer any questions.
