"We had a nice stay in Etna wine country. This property is in the midst of dramatic volcanic rock from the 1983 eruption. The junior suite was oddly designed, with the bed upstairs in a loft area separated from the bath by a very steep, narrow staircase. Inconvenient for elders or anyone who needs to use the restroom at night. "

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed! It is just FANTASTIC service. Simple. It started before we even arrived: they don't have 24hr reception so kept in touch and arranged for someone to be there to greet us. Our flight was delayed and we'd miss dinner so they prepared a delicious Insalata Caprese that was ready for us in the room when we arrived at almost midnight. "It is a wonderful place, in the middle of a garden with olive trees, apple trees and chestnut trees. From our room we could see both the coast and the sea of Riposto and Giarre and from the other side the volcano. Breakfast was very tasty with locale goods, some directly made on spot. Se had the chance to have a dinner and I regret I was not able to try all the dishes of the menu. Staff is very helpful and discrete. An amazing stay! "

"Great staff and facilities the room was spacious and modern, the grounds are meticulously maintained the breakfast choices were broad whether it was a hot or cold breakfast and very thing in between and you could either eat outside next to the pool or inside. In conclusion I would rate it as probably the best place that we have stayed in to date."
