This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed here. Check in was very quick, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good with a lot of variety, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is in a central area of ​​BH, very close to everything and with easy access to the highways.

Good experience

I stayed in the hotel dor one night. The rooms were good, but it didn’t has enough space to open a luggage. The bathroom and shower were great. The rooms had a good noise isolation as well. I couldn’t hear the traffic with the windows closed. The breakfast was great with a good variety and the free parking helped a lot.

Estive hospedado entre os dias 21/09 e 25/09/2025. A estrutura do hotel é visualmente agradável, porém minha experiência deixou a desejar em diversos aspectos. O quarto em que fiquei era extremamente barulhento, não por conta da rua, mas pela falta de isolamento acústico entre os quartos. Era possível ouvir claramente as conversas dos hóspedes ao lado, o que comprometeu bastante o descanso. A limpeza do banheiro também foi insatisfatória, com odor desagradável persistente. O colchão não oferecia conforto adequado e, para se cobrir, havia apenas uma manta simples, sem edredom disponível. Além disso, senti falta de proatividade por parte da equipe da recepção. Solicitei mais de uma vez a possibilidade de troca de quarto, mas não obtive retorno efetivo. Infelizmente, pela experiência que tive, não recomendo.

os quartos são confortáveis, tv a cabo, ar condicionado, só que no quarto que fiquei a janela não abrir estava emperrada, o banheiro é bom, mas o box é muito pequeno e a porta abre pra dentro, molha todo o piso do banheiro por este motivo, a ducha é ótima, banho massageador.

Já me hospedei outras vezes, mas essa deixou a desejar. O quarto não cheirava bem, as toalhas estavam também com um cheiro muito forte e até “duras”. Travesseiros pequenos e ruins, e um cobertor péssimo, pequeno, fino e bem gasto. Tivemos que sair de madrugada para o aeroporto e tinha um pequeno café disponível, isso foi gentil e prático.
