"Super nice, clean and quiet. Sometimes a bit to quiet, a pool bar or something would be good. All hotel is clean and tidy, reception is welcoming and helpful. The city is mostly closed here in October, so very few bars and restaurants open, beaches are still clean and you have them all alone:-) Would book again anytime!"

"I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time."

"We spent three nights at this property. The house is very large and the pool is great. It is a bit of an older house, but everything was clean and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the AC. The house is off the beaten path but very quiet and still very close to everything in downtown Denia. A car is a must. Tons of great restaurants and stores within minutes."

"Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Naturreservat, mit phantastischer Aussicht. Wir waren zwei Wochen hier mit Kindern im Alter von 9-17 Jahren, und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Im Naturreservat nebenan hört man Nachts die Wildschweine grunzen. Im einen der Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage und es war zu heiß um dort zu schlafen. Ging aber gut im Wohnzimmer. "The property is located right on the beach, at the end of a quiet street. Modern fittings, spotlessly clean. About a 12 min drive into Denia. There is a great supermarket less than 10 mins walk away and a couple of good restaurants. We enjoyed our time here with the only caveat being construction of a new building next door which made some 'background' noise during the day."
