「Host communicated excellent and even had place ready and available for us earlier than website says. Very clean and everything needed was there. Was there for my mom's funeral and surprised me with a gift of flowers! Very kind and compassionaten Highly recommend!」

「What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

「This house was wonderful. The bathrooms felt like a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was FULLY stocked. The TV had all the streaming channels. It was a great stay!!!」

「Family-friendly and clean! Excellent location and wonderful host!」

「Second time staying and we’ll be back! Thanks」

「Property was clean and well kept. Property was on a highway and the front door is literally 50 feet from that highway resulting in a good bit of traffic noise. The driveway entrance was pitted and uneven and raised concerns about damaging my car as I entered and exited the property. Coffee maker did not work.」

「It was clean and very cozy. Bed sheets were soft and shower was very large.」

「Spacious, the kids loved the game room, it was a nice quiet neighborhood with multiple parks with playgrounds really close by.」
