The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fort Knox

This house is beautiful and clean but most of the features are locked with padlocks (cabinets, drawers, closets, the screen on the gazebo, fire pit, etc). It felt very in unwelcoming and we were very uncomfortable staying. We left early. It's a shame because of how well decorated and designed the house is. Many things were missing in the kitchen as well for cooking.
