Situated in Bellagio along the beautiful shores of Lake Como, the apartment La Punta Bellagio consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. Outside, you will find a shared garden and a small terrace with a table and deck chairs, facing Lake Como with beautiful views over the lake. The apartment is right by Punta Spartivento, the spot in the middle of the lake where the two branches of Lake Como meet, with a small beach (Spiaggetta della Punta) close by. There is also a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Bellagio, which is less than 10 minutes (600m) walk away. There is also ferry service across the lake, as well as a marina where you can rent out speedboats. The nearest airport is in Bergamo, which is 1 hour 15 minutes (60km) by car. The airports in Milan are also within reach of the property (1 hour 30 minutes / 80km).

Stayed for 4 nights the last week of September. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Property is right by the water, well maintained, close to downtown, tons of dining options. Ferry and bus line less than a 10 minutes walk. Best by far, the view you get from the property is breathtaking. Clara and her family were very attentive. I would absolutely book again if returning to Como. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our elopement in July of 2023 and it was incredible! You cannot beat the views from this apartment. It is spacious and clean, and I could’ve sat outside looking over the lake for the entire time. I would not recommend driving a vehicle as parking is limited near the apartment. If you are going in the summer, be prepared that there is no AC or fans so it can get warm in the apartment. We used our hand fans, and cooled off in the beach just steps away and it wasn’t too bad. Clara even gave us flowers to congratulate us on our elopement, so sweet! Would love to stay here again.

Schönste Ecke des Comer Sees

Hervorragend - das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten. Die Vermieterin Clara wohnt direkt in der Wohnung darüber und ist immer hilfsbereit (wir hatten nur eine kleine Meinungsverschiedenheit über den Heizvorgang, aber selbst das wurde schnell geregelt) und im Zweifelsfall kommt ihre Tochter schnell vorbei. Das Seeufer ist direkt unterhalb der Terrasse, wirklich traumhaft und sehr, sehr ruhig - nur Wellen, Wind, Vögel und ab und an ein Boot. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet, wenn man nicht gleichzeitig die Dunstabzugshaube und die Mikrowelle einschaltet, dann springen auch nicht die Sicherungen raus : ) In die Innenstadt sind es keine 10 min zu Fuss. Wir haben Wunderbar geschlafen und gekocht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!
