It was a steep walk up to the town from the river, but definitely worth it. It's a bigger town than it looks from this angle and feels more real and alive than the pretty villages we'd been driving through in the area.

"The Maison and its garden is very relaxing. On top of that the hosting is done by Catherine who is very service driven and completesthe whole package. By good conversation and observation Catherine knows very quickly what your needs are during breakfast and by making up your room she thrives to optimal comfort. "From the word Go I was impressed by the location of the property and the kindness of the owners. The property is charming and quirky, the facilities are amazing, the sleeping quarters with ensuite bathroom are excellent, what is there not to like? Unfortunately I couldn't stay for long but I will certainly return if visiting the area again in the future. Most certainly all my friends will hear of my positive experience. I would more than recommend this property for a relaxing stay near Limoges."

"You get what you pay for. This served the purpose we wanted. Cheap and cheerful and did the job. No facilities in the room but there was a drinks vending machine downstairs you can use during reception opening hours. Air con was an added bonus. Plenty of restaurants close by and there is also a Lidl. Good bus service on that road too. I would use again for a quick stopover at that price."
