Relax in the spacious living room featuring a comfy couch and a 50-inch smart TV with your favorite streaming apps. Adjacent is the dining area with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal, from pots and pans to baking sheets and utensils, to a blender and a Kuerig coffee pot.

The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. One bedroom has a king-size bed and a 46-inch smart TV, while the other has 2 queen-size beds. The full bathroom in the hallway area is conveniently located near both bedrooms. A laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is also available for your convenience.

Take a break in the sunroom/game room with a basketball game, foosball, oversized connect 4, and board games. There is also a second bathroom in this room. Step outside to the back deck for a breath of fresh air and relax in the outdoor sitting area.

Access to the home is easy and secure with an electronic keypad upon arrival. The upper home area is all yours, except for one owners closet located in the carport. The covered carport area accommodates one small/mid-sized car, and there is space to park an additional car behind it and a gravel area directly next to the carport allowing for up to 3 cars to park on the property.

Please note that this home has a separate guest suite in the basement area accessible only from an exterior door. It is also an another VRBO unit that can host a maximum of 2 people, so you may see other guests on the exterior of the property. Larger groups can book both spaces.
