「This is truly an amazing property, and I believe it is the best place to stay in Fort Smith. The staff fulfilled every request I had, and I especially want to recognize Melissa and her team for their exceptional service. 「Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊」
