Beautiful river front studio with dock and adjacent boat ramp

Enjoy your river stay in our beautiful guest house studio complete with private dock (shared with owner) and adjacent boat ramp. This riverfront property is a very rare 10 acres of pristine landscape and direct access to the Suwanee River ideal for a getaway filled with river activities Including paddle boarding, kayaking, waterskiing, fishing and swimming. Within a few minutes boat ride, you can be swimming in beautiful freshwater Springs. Amazing places to eat by water and by Land! Located on the Suwannee River, but only a short 20 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Santa Fe river. The studio is located in a separate building, but on the same property as our residential home.

Place was beautiful, peaceful and very clean. Host was very friendly. We took our jet skis and enjoyed all the springs. We will definitely be back again to visit.

This studio vrbo is an absolutely beautiful romantic get away right on the Suwannee River. It is bright and airy; has a very comfy bed, big tv that you can see from the bed, or sit on the comfortable recliners. BUT the best part for me was the awesome hammock on the porch. Since the apartment is upstairs, I felt like I was in a treehouse in the hammock. Will definitely return!
