The staff were, without exception, very professional and extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. English was kindly spoken by most which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very well designed, well kept and very well placed for the now free public transport - buses and trams which are available for travel into and around the city. We will definitely stay here again!

Surpresa agradável! Já havia me hospedado nessa rede há cinco ou seis anos. Melhorou muito (e é um Express!)! Recepção cordial e informativa. Máquina de câmbio na recepção (útil e fácil de usar). Ótimo café da manhã. Ótima localização para quem está de carro ou transporte público. Observação: os restaurantes do entorno (nada muito especial) estão sempre lotados.

I use this hotel often and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed some help and it was given immediately. I couldn't but notice that the hotel has simplified the breakfast. Overall, excellent value for money, and the location is great.
