The front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly. Our room was clean, quiet and very dark, which was what we needed for a good sleep. And the beds were very comfortable. There was only one towel despite the fact that we were four people booked in a quadruple room. And the wifi was not consistent, making it a challenge when ordering an Uber to the airport in the morning.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I thought the breakfast was quite basic, but not terrible. It is very close to Brussels Midi station, but it's not the nicest of areas so you need to get a taxi in to the centre for a nice meal.
