"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Chantal la propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, elle est très attentionnée (il y avait un tout petit problème avec la télé, ça a été résolu dans l'heure!). Le gîte est très très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien ! Comme une maison habitée à l'année (produits de base dans toutes les pièces). "Very friendly and helpful staff. We eat dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. A wonderful selection of cheeses and lots of coffee. We would recommend this hotel, 5 stars!!"

"Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "

"The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time! "

"Warm welcome. Attractive room with excellent walk-in shower. Only downside was that the room was very cold all evening, but there was effective additional bed cover. Dinner was one of the best we’ve enjoyed - impeccable. Very good and copious breakfast with lots of local producers featured. "
