「The owner is trying to acuse our family for wrecking a recliner that we didn’t even sit on! I explained that we placed pillows on the recliner and left the pillows there the whole stay.
When trying to explain that we did not sit on the recliner, the owner stopped replying to me, and refuses to listen to me. The owner has put requested for a $100 payment for misuse and damage!
Also no control over the AC or heat. We were super cold all day and grossly warm at night.」
