"Unfortunately upon check in, the room smelt stale as if someone else aroma was still lingering. The bed has marks all over the sheets aswell as crumbs, I assumed this could just be old marks and crumbs from cleaning person but it was everywhere. I then check under the quilt which had black hairs all across the sheet. The sheets were from the last guest. The floor also hadn’t been swept.
