Plus - larger rooms than expected, close to Fulton St subway station, close to a lot of places (stores, Pizza, bagels, coffee, etc.) Staff helped us to check in earlier than our reservation when we arrived a lot earlier than expected.
Other notes - rooms did have a mildew smell, water damage in the bathroom, no security in the lobby.

The decor and design was nice. I would rate it as a 2 or 3 star hotel overall. It wasn't my expectation for a 4 star hotel for service, amenities and experience. I had two rooms booked with my party arriving at separate cars. There were issues with check-in process and was very disappointed with handling the situation.
