「If you're interested in history, you should stay here. This was used by British soldiers during WWI. A piece of history that you can connect with. A rare experience and well worth supporting. The house is great and filled with history and there is a museum which offers free admission to guests at the hotel. We did share a bathroom, but it was always available and very well kept. I will definitely stay here again. 」

「Hotel Recour was without a doubt the best place we stayed the entire time we were in Europe. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, breakfast was a wonderful spread and the location cannot be beat. And that's not even mentioning the absolutely beautiful room with a large bath that was very welcome after the trek out to Poperinge!」
