"Great location in town. The room was spacious in a newer annexe of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel building is old and shows the charm of a small European boutique hotel. "A beautiful place to stay and one of our favourite hotels of the trip. The chalet is gorgeous, with a lovely outdoor pool and a really cosy, comfortable room. The staff were also warm and friendly throughout our stay. It’s a little out of town, but that’s actually part of its charm, it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, while still being close enough to get into Beaune easily. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, which is worth bearing in mind, although breakfast is available and they can provide other food on request. The bar is also very well stocked, which is a nice touch. We rented bikes from the hotel for €20 for the day. They’re fairly basic but perfectly adequate for exploring the surrounding area and getting into Beaune. The only small criticism would be that the bathroom could do with a little more hanging space, there weren’t really anywhere to hang bath towels, for example. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful and characterful place to stay. We’d happily return."

"This hotel is on the outskirts of town in an area where many of the chain/budget hotels are located. It's easily accessible from the autoroute and had plenty of parking right outside. It's about a 10 minute stroll into the old town. In short a decent location. Being brutally honest the exterior of the hotel looked a little tired and slightly scruffy. My heart didnt lift when I saw it, but it overall it was fine. The interior and breakfast were a similar story. Perfectly ok, no more, it was ok. We were travelling with our small dog and it was very dog friendly which perhaps some of the chain hotels are not. The location is good for dogs with plenty of walkable, nearby green spaces for them. The receptionist we dealt with spoke perfect English. To summarise, this is a conveniently located, reasonable hotel which is dog friendly."
