"First the 12 th century house in the listing was the reason I booked. I arrived to find this to be across the street. Not at all reflective downright deceptive. And then I found the apartment was on the second floor accessed by a narrow circular staircase. This needs to be in the listing. I’m 81, cannot lift my bags snd that type stair is risky for me., The owner offered to carry my bag up but I didn’t want to deal with it. "Checking in after hours was quite difficult using the hotels.com they didn’t prepare the correct booking information which therefore was a problem on the screen after hours. Luckily the call centre helped out but it was a lot of stress and worry so late at night. The room was basic, a kettle and more cups would have been nice. Also the option to have extra pillows would be useful. The bunk rooms are really good, giving you privacy as a couple when sharing with your family but equally knowing they are safe. "

"120 euros per night without breakfast. The beds are very uncomfortable. The sound insulation is very poor — we could hear people walking in the corridors almost the entire night. We asked if the tap water was safe to drink, but it smelled and tasted like pure chlorine. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s just not worth it. I think it would be better to take a bus or taxi after a later flight and find something cheaper and better. :)"

"I am a US business traveller. Stayed 70 nights last year. Not typically staying abroad so use that as context. This hotel is in a college/university area. It seems like there may be some short term living here in addition to hotel overnight stays. The common area is very large and has multiple places that you can work from. The rooms are set up like apartments with kitchenettes, living area, bedroom, bathroom area. There is no central heating or cooling so if you are used to air-conditioning, this wouldn’t be your choice. I was there for three nights and they didn’t service the room while there. The area is safe and centrally located, and the rooms were quiet at night time."

"Personnel très aimable, surtout le réceptionniste de nuit. Je ne reviendrais pas à cause du manque de confort : le matelas est tellement fin qu’on sent les lattes dans le dos en dormant. La chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos (visiblement prises avec un grand angle), il y a très peu d’espace pour circuler et tout est entassé. La moquette était très abîmée et tachée, donnant une impression de saleté. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, sans plus. En résumé : hôtel pour une nuit de passage seulement et, à mon avis, surévalué. Inadmissible qu’un Ibis ait des lits dans cet état ; ils devraient les changer d’urgence."
