The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Plenty of parking available and boats are welcome! Large fenced in backyard for outdoor entertainment, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill available!

1 Hunting Island State Park pass included.

3 miles to Bay Street downtown, 7 Miles to MCAS, 7 miles to Parris Island, 3 Miles to sands beach, 19 miles to Hunting Island State Park (1 vehicle pass included)!

Single story living on a quiet road. Just shy of 3/4 acres lot with a massive fenced in backyard that backs up to a pond.
Fully Furnished/Equipped 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom (1,666 sq. ft)
Beds: 4 queens and 2 sets of bunk beds (8 beds total). Message before booking>30 day stays

At 1,666 square feet, this property is larger than the majority of the 3 bed, 2 bath homes listed in the Beaufort area. We visit this property when not booked and we love our quiet Mossy Oaks neighborhood!

The home is equipped with towels, linens/bedding, pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups/glasses and cookware. Also has Central heat and air conditioning.

*Any guests looking to stay 30 days or more, please send message before booking. This is not counted as a Short-term stay and local STR occupancy taxes can be avoided :) Potentially less fees for the both of us!
*Max Occupancy: 12 ($100 per night per guest if exceeds 12 without prior approval)
*Pets: Dogs Only/No Cats - $50 per pet fee (max 2) must be added to reservation. $250 fee for undisclosed pets

Driveway parking for 3-4 vehicles on the side.

It was inviting & a wonderful place for our family to spend time together. We had 1 minor issue, that i wouldn't really consider an issue because it was brought to our attention & taken care of so quickly it didnt cause us any disruption. I would definitely recommend this property for the management as well as the accommodations.

Great Beaufort Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and well equipped. It's location was perfect for folks with pets. Not only is the backyard fenced. but there is a dog park andctrail a half mile away. The location was also close to many if our prefeedrestaurants and tourist stops.

Hands down this is the first home we have rented that felt like home away from home. The Lister, was very responsive and it was just a great time. Thank you if we ever come back we will be back to this house.

Hidden Gem

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of the Beaufort Air show. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in process was easy. We didn’t cook while there since it was a short stay, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The fenced in yard with a pond behind it, fire pit, and toys for the kids to play with were added touches. Would stay here again!

Beautiful

The house was lovely. It was a great fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. It’s in a great location that is minutes from most places you want to go. Our hosts were kind and communicative and the house was well stocked. We will come again!

We came with 8 people for our sons graduation This house was perfect. It was 20 mins from Parris Island and around the corner from our friends house This house is beautiful and comfortable I was so happy and relaxed here I don’t want to leave

The house was clean, nice and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. My family and l had some good quality time. The kids liked it so much they even ask us to make an offer on the house if the owner is selling it. If somebody is looking for quiet and peaceful neighborhood l would definitely recommend this area.
