It’s where you will find the garage, too, with bikes for heading downtown or cruising to the community pool for a dip, to the fitness center, or to “Traders” for a meal-to-go! Upstairs, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept living space with a balcony off the living room. The gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, great for entertaining or relaxing after a day of adventure. Up the final flight, find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with bunks — a full and a twin. Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

Please also be sure to clean the grill after use.
