"Actually did not stay at the Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler. We booked and when we showed up to check in they did not have the room we booked and paid for. The person at the desk informed us that although we had booked a double, we could have a king bed. Being unwilling to sleep with 4 people in one bed, we left and went elsewhere, after the desk clerk acted like it was difficult to cancel the reservation when they did not have the room they advertised. Very unhappy with the experience we had at Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler. "

"House was not as advertised online. Photos were misleading, house was old and worn and not in good shape. Furniture was old and stained. Outside solar lights didn’t work. Had to go buy a few solar lights for around the pool so we could let our dog out at night. Mold in both bathrooms, water got shut for a day and we had internet problems. Definitely not worth what we paid. "
