beach near las Collinas

I booked 2 days in this hotel taking care to choose on this app the largest one. When I arrived the room assigned to me was the smallest room I never saw, super narrow, impossible for me to stay, a very strong cigarette odor was in the corridor, the lady at the front desk helped me to find another room with the right dimensions but I was told that I needed to leave it the day after and change again. I changed again next morning, I asked a late check out (12 instead of 11..)explaining all the issues I get they refused and start to harass me by phone to finally send a super,aggressive young lady at 11.40 to litterally put high pressure on me abd speaking to me like a delinquent when I was late by 40 min.. bad experience for me I should have left the first day never been treated like that, I am really disappointed.

This is a beautiful place with stunning villas and a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely stay again!!!

Everything was fine. Particular mention of staff who were very friendly and helpful.
