"My son was in a wedding at Firebrand which was right around the corner from the house so it was perfect! This house is one of a kind! The love and care given to the house is evident in all the extra details. The woodwork is gorgeous, all done with local wood. There are some very neat antiques around the house. "Such a beautiful castle to stay in. Love all the antiques. Great location right above Schweitzer. Loved taking the chair lift up and seeing the magnificent view above. Really good communication with the owner and flowers and cute dragon cake for us. The only negative was a woodpecker on the roof early this a.m"

"We had a lovely stay here. The house is right on the water making it very easy to sit on the deck in the sunshine while watching the kids play in the water. As some other reviewers have mentioned, there are no steps down to the water (as shown in the picture). But the house is close to town and RIGHT on the water."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The lake is gorgeous and the house is well maintained and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The boat slip was used by the host’s family both days, which we didn’t know about until we received the check in information. Also, to sleep 6 some have to sleep on the couch or on an air mattress provided in the 2nd bedroom. We rented the wave runners and they were fabulous. They were a great way to explore the lake. We would highly recommend and stay here again. "
