「The expectations need to be relative to the location and options available. Having said that, we have stayed here twice. Bayview is lovely and this motel is quaint and served the purpose very well. Right on the water. Walking distance to everything.」

Located in a small town with surprisingly a lot of options for dining out.Negatives: The building is old and musty and could use some updating. 「Room was nice and clean, office only open 3-8 pm but easy after hours lock box check in, fridge and microwave in room, bring meals if you arrive late as everything in town closes down at 8pm, and the linger linger lounge stops cooking at 9pm.」
