"From the moment we arrived, the stay was unacceptable. We walked into the hotel only to be met with an extremely loud, relentless buzzing from the heater—impossible to ignore. We then discovered there was no elevator, which is completely unreasonable given that my husband had just been released from the hospital and should not have been climbing stairs. Once we reached the room, the situation went from bad to appalling. The level of filth was beyond anything even remotely acceptable: thick layers of dust everywhere, what appeared to be dried bodily fluids on a chair, dark grime coating the front of the couch. The level of neglect that was genuinely nauseating. The condition of this room was not just disappointing—it was inexcusable."

"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to several issues. The biggest problem was that the room I was initially given had bed bugs. I woke up with multiple bites all over my body that became swollen and very uncomfortable. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel unsafe staying in the room. I immediately reported the issue to the staff, and although they did change my room, the experience had already affected my comfort and confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness. In addition to that, the sink in my room was clogged when I checked in, which was another inconvenience. While maintenance eventually fixed it the next day, it should have been addressed before assigning the room to a guest. Overall, even though the staff responded by changing the room and fixing the sink, the bed bug problem and maintenance issue made the stay unpleasant. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections, cleanliness standards, and maintenance checks so future guests do not face similar problems."

"The room was not clean the first night. They moved me to a cleaner room the next day. On the third and fourth days, they didn't have clean water because they had turned off the water. I was unable to use the showers or hot tub in the evenings for three of the five days I stayed. They were considerate in trying to help, but they didn't notify me that they were shutting off the water and didn't provide much ulternative solutions. I was not happy about paying to have limited use of the full room. "
