Well located, many options at breakfast. Annoying that the fridge is full of mini bar items so you cannot really use it to keep your own water cold or put extra food. AC in my room was a bit noisy, but nice stay for sure.

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice. Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay Note that entrance has some steps.
