The property is in a perfect location, easily walkable to all places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful.
This property is more like small apartments as supposed to being a proper hotel. There is no reception. Luckily the nice man in the hotel opposite helped me with my check-in. Unfortunately I had to wait for 40mins while my room was cleaned and then discovered that I had to go to another hotel for breakfast. But this was only a few minutes away and the breakfast is not bad. Had a problem with the WiFi and shower but this was resolved the next day. The shower also doesn't have a screen, so you are left with a giant puddle. Came back one evening and couldn't get into the building. They had installed a digital entry system and not informed me. Had to wait 20mins for the key at the other hotel.
Once all the issues had been resolved, the stay was actually quite pleasant. Pay a bit extra and get one of the bigger rooms upstairs. Cleaning standards could be improved, but overall the place is quite pleasant.

Absolutely loved staying here. It was central and walking distance to everything in Baku. The hotel was clean. The staff were accommodating and Wahid was exceptional. Such a lovely young gentleman.
The breakfast was continental. The rooms on the 3rd floor. Shops and food places on the same road. We could see the flame tower from the hotel. I will definitely be visiting again and recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for looking after us.
