You can drive your boat back to the property and dock your boat right in front of the property. It is a great location for fishing, boating, snowmobiling and ice fishing!

Bay City State Park on the shores of the Lake Huron is only a 4 minute drive north. Bay City`s main shopping district is a 4 minute drive south where you`ll find a variety of restaurants, Meijer, Wal-Mart, Aldi, Menards, Home Depot and much more!
