"The apartment was nice. Kitchen fully stocked. City centre location so was very noisy at night until 4am one night. The room also isn’t pitch black even with the curtains drawn. Could do with blinds. Floor was quite greasy and sticky so had to wear shoes the whole time. Checkout process was easy and quick. Parking was a nightmare. There’s a car park opposite the apartments but you have to pay and it’s very limited because it’s free after 8:30pm. Always fully packed. Had to park around the corner...

"It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. "We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom...

"Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference."

"We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! "I’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay again but only because it is convenient. The room was far too hot, and I remember it being hot when I stayed before. "On arrival we was welcomed by Richard who made us feel welcome straight away. We was given room 6 which was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. Soon afterwards Kerry came & introduced herself, what a lovely couple they are. The rooms are in a lovely peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing or even to travel the short drive into Bawtry.
