Água não esquentava e recepcionista não concordava

Só tivemos um problema. A água no chuveiro não equentava muito. Chamamos a recepção, eles foram olhar e falavam que sim que estava quente e nós falávamos que não, que estava morna, comparando com a da pia. Era inverno, dezembro 2019, temperatura -3ºC. Tivemos que insistir umas 3x para a recepcionista concordar que a água não estava quente e chamar o técnico. Realmente havia um problema que foi solucionado e a água esquentou igual da pia, mas achamos a recepcionista pouco receptiva, se a gente não insistisse íamos tomar banho morno por toda a estadia.

The room is standard size and no surprise. The hotel is located very close to a supermarket and hypermarket. Bauska is a small town for stop by, so hotel location nearby dinning and grocery is really good.

Good location, pleasant staff. No real problems, just two minor quibbles: the pillows are extremely thin, and we had to get our keycard replaced twice in three days because it didn't work.

Typisches Bushotel. Unfreundlichkeit der Rezeption nicht zu übertreffen. Dusche über Kopf fest montiert, dadurch Kaltwasserdusche zu Beginn. Frühstücksbufett ausreichend. Dafür das Restaurant prima. Auswahl gut, das Essen schmackhaft, Service super freundlich.

It locates opposite to the bus station which is very convenient. The staffs are very attentive and helpful. I got a great deal on Expedia and spent two nights in a big room with private sauna and breakfast included, which was very great. I was however wondering why would a hotel with such setup and price would only score 8.2. Then when I checked my room and the bathroom I thought I understood why. The faucet and the shower room were not well cleaned. And the most shocking was that there was excrement in the stool! That was utterly disgusting. The door of the sauna room needed a fix too. Nonetheless if I’d visit Bauska again I wouldn’t mind to stay at Hotel Bauska again. But I sincerely hope the hotel would improve to truly fulfill its potential.

A good choice for a budget conscious traveler

The 3-star no frills hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and a sizeable grocery store. The room was clean and the staff helpful. WiFi was sufficient. The copious breakfast could as well do for a brunch.

Hyvä ja toimiva levähdyspaikka

Hyvä, hotelli pienellä paikkakunnalla, kun kaipaat levähdyspaikkaa, josta voi pistäytyä Riikan hulinoissa tai vaikkapa Riikan suuressa ostoskeskus Akropoliissa tarvitsematta ajaa Riikan keskustan ruuhkiin. Ilmainen parkkipaikka hotellin edustalla. Aamiainen eurooppalaisittain hyvä.

Nice place to rest while on the road

Excellent price-quality ratio, good service and nice clean and simple room. The restaurant downstair offers good food. Our child was given the sweetest little bed for sleeping.

Good hotel for touring the region.

I booked a 'suite' as I have found the 'economy' double rooms in the Baltic States hotels to represent student dormitory rooms! The room was a good size, the bed was divided from the area where there was a desk, 'pull out' lounge as a single bed, wardrobe space and access to the bathroom. While the room was simply furnished as I have found most of the Baltic State hotels, it had a little character, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom toiletries were adequate. The catering was quite good. One negative comment - all private guests were told we couldn't have breakfast until 9am even though the breakfast self serve buffet commenced at 7am, as there were 2 bus tours booked for the night.

Horrible place, receptionist argued that I needed to pay, yet I already did, got a twin room when I ordered a double. Sheets were filled with hairs. Noisy hotel. Bed was terrible. Heating did not work. Never again

バスターミナルの隣のホテル

リガ行きやルンダーレ宮殿行きのバスが出ているバスターミナルの隣にあるホテルです。 シャワーは固定式です。 ツインの部屋に宿泊しましたが、スーツケースを広げるスペースは十分にあります。 スーパーは少し歩いたところにあります。 Wi-Fiは繋がりにくいときがありました。

Hotel di stile sovietico, freddo, spoglio, camera ampia ma molto povera e con un bagno allucinante (la doccia si fa direttamente sul pavimento, non c'è un box doccia). Il controsoffitto a pannelli è tutto rotto. La colazione è piuttosto povera. Noi siamo arrivati di domenica sera ed il ristorante era chiuso (non ricordo che fosse specificato durante la prenotazione con Hotels.com). Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono poche possibilità di cenare. Altro che hotel 3 stelle. Per noi ne vale 1 sola.
