Começamos muito bem, deram um quarto maior do que eu tinha reservado, mas o hotel é bem antigo. O ponto negativo foi que estávamos na cidade pois meu filho é baterista e faria um show, meu carro estava cheio de equipamentos caros e quando voltamos do evento não tínhamos mais vaga no estacionamento. Acho que tinham que ajustar aqui dizendo que não oferecem estacionamento. Tivemos que ficar andando na rua com os equipamentos para deixar no quarto, detalhe, eu e meus filhos somente. Péssima experiência.

Custo benefício é bom. No checkin uma funcionária foi super prestativa e agilizada! A piscina ajudou demais no calor, conseguimos usar até a noite! Porém o hotel é muito antigo, a cadeirinha de alimentação para bebê veio infestada de formigas, acabamos não usando. E no checkout levamos mais de 20 minutos esperando numa fila, tudo muito lento! Poderia ser muito mais agilizado e com um sistema mais prático!

Bem razoavel. Apesar de ser um hotel de construção antiga ele poderia ter um pouco mais de modernidade. Os funcionarios precisam tambem ficar mais atento a cordialidade a atendimento aos viajantes.

Decepcionante limpeza e higiene

Já foi um dos melhores de Bauru. O banheiro estava sujo, cabelos no chão. Alem de que em vez de box, usam aquelas cortinas de plástico. Pior, quase um palmo curta, o banheiro fica cheio de água quando toma banho. Nao tinha toalha/piso para o chão. O café da manhã é bom. Mas ninguem solicita que as pessoas usem luvas. Falta total de higiene. Triste ver o que se tornou.

A TV apresentava problemas e foi necessário intervenção de funcionário param depois de longo tempo, fazê-la funcionar a contento. Embora na maioria dos itens estivesse tudo bom, o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Esse item compromete a imagem do hotel e impede que se possa dar boas recomendações pois frutas restritas e inadequadas (mamão verde ou com problemas, sem condições de consumo) e pobreza de diversidade. Lamentável, pois a relação custo-benefício fica bem prejudicado. Entende-se que a administração do hotel precisa rever a qualidade do café da manhã.

O hotel é enorme, porem muito velho, roupas de cama com furos e pra piorar qdo cheguei no quarto os lençóis estavam amassados, com aspecto de usados e precisei pedir lara trocar. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, sao simpáticos, mas o preço é muito alto e nao vale a pena o investimento. O hotel precisa de reformas urgente. A tv era de tubo e nao funcionou. Nao vale o preço cobrado de forma alguma!!!
