Bom hotel. Lado positivo: atendimento exemplar na recepção e na parte da alimentação, café da tarde gratuito com boas opções, assim como o café da manhã, quarto limpo. Lado negativo: não há tomada nas laterais da cama para carregar celular (achei duas atrás da cama). No quarto onde fiquei, a cortina não cobria o suficiente as laterais da janela, que não possui veneziana. Essa janela dá para o estacionamento dos fundos onde ficam luzes acessas a noite toda, deixando o quarto totalmente claro.

Razoável 3 estrelas, está e minha segunda estadia no Excellence, a qualidade diminuiu de 2022, o Wi-Fi não connect na maioria do tempo em nenhum lugar no hotel. Na primeira noite informei que a televisão só pegava 4-5 canais abertos, o atendente foi ao meu quarto, não conseguiu também, e falou que a manutenção seria feita no dia seguinte, voltei ao meu quarto no final do dia, nada foi consertado. Iria ficar 4 dias, sai no 2 dia e me hospedei no Íbis Hotel. Venho a Botucatu 2-3 vezes ao ano, não pretendo mais me hospedar no Excellence. Estacionamento ou falta de, outro ponto negativo aqui. A limpeza e o café da manhã dou 5 estrelas.

A TV do quarto estava danificada, com pontos luminosos na tela; o ar condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente. Ficamos no primeiro andar e havia muito barulho de hóspedes conversando no corredor após às 23h, barulho de um motor no hotel e da rua. A vista da sacada do quarto é o cemitério de Botucatu. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade mas a comida em si, não é boa. Para finalizar, estacionei na área lateral com câmera de segurança e alguém bateu na lateral do meu carro durante a madrugada. Tentei falar com a recepção para resgatar as imagens mas me disseram que eu precisava falar com a gerente e que não poderiam me ajudar naquele momento. Mas a gerente Patrícia nunca está no hotel. Ela fica apenas na parte da manhã e, mesmo ligando no dia seguinte, ainda assim ela não estava disponível. O atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Em suma, não gastem seu dinheiro neste hotel porque a prestatividade é nula.

Achamos o hotel muito bom, tudo novo, café da manhã excelente para a proposta do hotel, comida saborosa… porém eles precisam melhorar a qualidade das CORTINAS, pois de manhã entra muita CLARIDADE nos quartos, principalmente nesta época que amanhece muito cedo!
