Lovely team, but the room upgrade didn’t work well for us, it was far too noisy and needed new carpet and few touchups in the bathroom.. just to combat the mould and the toilet stains and wobbly seat. TV missing from the seating area and too many furnitures cluttered there, so no room to walk.Otherwise the team was lovely, but wouldn’t stay in this room again for €240 extra on the top of our booked room.

Extremely rude staff at breakfast lounge.
No refrigerator or phone inside the room. No piece of information inside the room. No water. AC was not working. No trash bag inside the trash cans. I had to do grocery shopping to buy all the necessities that was not provided by the hotel like trash bags, bottled water etc.

"Everything was great. This was our second time staying here due to the helpfulness of staff and the great location. The only issue I had this time was a malfunctioning public toilet in the back of the main area near the orders train bridge that made walking through there so, so awful. Luckily, going ..."
