The major asset of this apartment is the view of the pool in this small, peaceful residence. In terms of discoveries, the region is endowed with great heritage riches and magnificent walks along the wild coast. Rejuvenating holidays await you!



Pleasant duplex apartment of 33 m² located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift with a swimming pool, which has a bedroom upstairs and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a living area with a balcony and garden furniture, a double bed in the mezzanine and a bedroom with two single beds. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The shared swimming pool (unheated) is accessible from 1st June to 30th September. An outdoor parking space is at your disposal.

Meet up in Batz-sur-Mer, its wild coast is famous for its steep cliffs, isolated coves and raging waves. You can take a hike on the coastal path to admire the beauty of this region. Are you more into bike rides? The marked routes will take you along a wild coast towards Mesquer and its marshes, towards the port of La Turballe and the salt marshes of Guérande. It's an opportunity to savour a terroir where salt, fish and seafood are in the spotlight!
