This hotel needs to start another upgrading soon.

The condition of the three rooms I booked were getting worse than my last stay - just less than three months ago. Look like the renovation does not have a long lasting effect. The toilets in particular seem to be showing that they are wearing down. Likewise, although it is good to have a water cooler on every floor, not all were working fine. Furthermore, for security, the hotel really need to improve on its doors so ensure that doors could be automatically closed like most modern hotel rooms these days.

Clean room and good breakfast

Overall of the room was good.The room was equipped with hair dryer, ironing set, kettle, LCD TV, hanger, mineral water etc. I really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The buffet breakfast was good. Definitely will come back.

Hotel is very clean and all lights,TV, heater & air-con are in good working condition. Room is spacious. All staff (doorman, housekeeping, reception & restaurant) are friendly. The hotel restaurant is a gem. It offers a wide variety of food in generous portion. Definitely value for money for its quality and quantity given. Would consider it a 4 star hotel if toothbrush & toothpaste are provided. Good location. Cost only RM 4 or 5 (peak hours) to Batu Pahat mall or Aeon Big/Square One & Old Street. The Summit is just next to hotel.

I am not too sure why is there a no-smoking sign but the hotel prepared a rubbish bin with a ashtray? The rubbish bin is near to our room and we can smell the cigarrette smell from the room. When we passed by the ribbush bin we saw a lot of used cigarrettes in the ashtray. I thought people are not supposed to smoke in the building? Need to look into this. Overall, ok.
