The Inn at Pleasant Beach

"We were so please with our stay at the Inn at Pleasant Beach. Rooms were do nicely decorated and clean. Crips white sheets and towels and NO CARPETING anywhere. Hooks in the bathroom where they should be and a nice large closet. Room service daily is something that you don't see in hotels anymore so we were so glad to have fresh towels daily. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend."

"We stayed here 2 nights for a wedding nearby. Rooms were decent...nothing fancy. Breakfast was limited. Hotel is very convenient to the ferry terminal, safe and quiet. Price is very reasonable for the area."

"Where do I start? We absolutely loved this place! The views! Relaxation! Peace and serenity. This Pebble Beach Villa comfortably housed 9 members of my family for 5 nights. It has everything you need plus more. It was clean, spacious, inviting, lots of natural light and there are views in every bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, the grill made wonderful burgers and grilled corn, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, the yard is beautiful with fruit trees, the many balconies are so inviting with incredible views and super comfy furniture… I could go on. We have already made our reservation for next year. Lara was an amazing host, responding to my questions and messages within minutes, sometimes seconds. She was very professional, helpful and made us feel so very comfortable, and also very knowledgeable about the area with restaurant and entertainment recommendations galore!! We highly recommend this amazing house and all it, and the host, has to offer. We didn’t want to leave!"

Rolling Bay Villa: Waterfront Haven in Bainbridge

"The location & the views are incredible. There are thoughtful features for a family (games, air hockey, fishing). We didn't receive responses to questions before our stay, but check-in day & throughout our stay the hosts were very responsive & helpful.There are some listing discrepancies. ALL beds are full-sized beds (no queens) which matters if you're tall. The backyard is so overgrown it's unusable. There is one single split A/C unit between the kitchen & living room - none in any bedrooms. That would be fine if there were any fans (besides a 6" desk fan) or you could open windows - but you can't because there are no screens. The couch in the living room could only fit my 10 year old comfortably. Other amenities & quality were disappointing. Only 1 towel per guest for the length of stay with no extras available, a super-cheap coffee pot that barely worked, cooking utensils missing parts, etc. Beds were uncomfortable, linens & towels were cheap and scratchy, pillows were like airplane ones with no extras available. The shower in the main primary leaks. It does not have a door or a shower curtain, but is small enough that it needs one. Even with turning the shower head, water would run straight out.Finding its listing elsewhere after our stay showed many of these issues have been ongoing and not yet been addressed, This house was worth it for the views and location & it has SO much potential, just book with managed expectations."
