"We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...

"Small basic room but clean and comfortable. Hotel has a confusing array of staircases but once shown the way to your room it is ok. Friendly staff and restaurant food is outstanding. Plenty of parking available."
