Great location, excellent communication from owners, a definite place to stay for an LSU game. Walking distance to stadium and all activities. Very busy street be prepared for noise all night. Would rent again.

The place was clean and close to campus, which is what we were looking for. A 10 minute walk to the stadium was perfect for us when you get tired at the tailgate parties to rest up. Nicholson Lane is fairly noisy so make sure you have some earplugs for evening. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us every step of the way. As a runner, the levee and campus were perfect for 3-5 mile jaunts. We also went to New Orleans for the day followed by an airboat ride in the swamps. Well worth it and lots of fun. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.
