Private Pool, pier, dock - Everything you could ask for a vacation. Be it sitting by the pool soaking up the sun, kayaking on the creek, fishing off the end of the pier or around the fireplace. Bath Creek House has something for everyone to enjoy summer and winter!

Located in historic Bath, North Carolina, The Cabin on the Creek invites you to take a step outside of the ordinary, and find out why we believe life is better on the water.

Bath is a town steeped in history. Famous for being the first incorporated town in North Carolina, it retains an old world charm that allows you to take a step back in time, while enjoying the modern conveniences of today. Sailboats anchored in Bath Creek rise and fall with the ebb and flow of the water stretching out toward the Pamlico River and that same peaceful cove that offered harbor to early natives and settlers welcomes people today.

We have everything covered for your stay, fully furnished house and kitchen. Linens and towels supplied. All you need are your personal belongings!

Overall a nice property
We had a very nice relaxing stay. There were a few things that were slightly inaccurate in the description. It is 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds as pictured, not 3 queens as in the description. Two of the bathrooms had tub/shower and 1 was just a shower. The description said 3 tub/shower combos. There is a nice boathouse and lift, however you can not use it. You have to tie your boat up to the outside of it. The power is turned off to the dock so I couldn't charge my boat batteries, however, I asked the owner and they promptly came down and got me extension cords. The river is pretty, but loaded with jellyfish, which made the pool worth its weight in gold. The outdoor and sunroom furniture was a little worse for the wear. Now for the good. The pool was fantastic. We spent hours in it and it was very enjoyable. The sunroom was great for morning coffee overlooking the water. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. We would definitely consider coming back another time. I would have actually given it a 4.5 star if I could.

Peaceful weekend getaway
We stayed over Memorial weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for - a beautiful, peaceful family getaway. It's the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the area. The views and pool are amazing, and I loved sitting in the sunroom with coffee in the morning. Maree is a gracious host and supplies everything you need to enjoy your stay. We look forward to returning soon!

This rental is a pure joy, the cleanest place i have ever saw, wonderful working with the owners, interesting little town , the private pool was amazing, the pool could be a little more private from the neighbors with a higher privacy fence but otherwise perfect.

Beautiful Bath
This spot is an absolute gem! The view, the pool, the neighborhood were all lovely and we had an excellent time. I’m reluctant to say more because we liked it so much we’d prefer it stay a secret. Our hosts were excellent and the house was spacious and well-equipped. We will definitely stay again.
