"The hotel, restaurant and spa were lovely but everything is closed on Tuesdays (which we did not know before booking) A car is absolutely essential, and the staff were no help whatsoever in helping us accommodate not having one. The tastings for the vineyard are 8km from the site and on Tuesdays the restaurant is closed. There is also no bar or restaurant for lunch in the week. We were recommended a restaurant in he local town to walk to on Tuesday, confirmed with the hotel that it would be...

"Feels like your own private residence in a vineyard. Quaint and tasty restaurant onsite. Taxi access from train station is best if you don't have a car. Enjoy the hot pools nearby, it's worth going, even for a short time. Highlight of our Italian adventure."

"The B&B is set in a peaceful, rural location only 10 minutes from the main highway. Also Dawn Nice large clean room with a comfy bed, large bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. There is an independent on-site restaurant serving excellent food in the evening for residents and non-residence. Breakfast is a cold buffet breakfast we found satisfactory. "

Huge old fashioned room in the ancient farm building but modern bathroom attached. The real reason for coming though is dinner - in their beautiful courtyard restaurant. Simple but beautifully done classic Italian food served with charm and attention. Quiet at night. Generous and great value. Faultless. And a wonderful breakfast in the morning"

"A lovely little hotel room, quiet, all amenities, nice balcony, lots of storage. 2 short comings was the lack of plug sockets and would have enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom area. "

Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."
