「We stayed in this property 3 nights. Staffs were very friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. We felt like home when we stayed here. The view is excellent. Definitely we will stay here again on next time we visit Pamplona, Spain. 」
"The room is small and there are no amenities. There is no hairdryer. The window faces the room across a narrow space, so you can’t open the blinds. The shower room door doesn’t close properly, causing water to drip onto the floor. The shower water smells like sewage. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking everyone up, but there was no announcement afterward. The touch key didn’t work, and I had to ask the front desk to rewrite it twice. The hotel is a renovated old building. The only good thing is the convenient location for tourists looking for pinchos."
