Very clean and quiet. It was fall and the room was cold but we found the space heater and talked to the manager and it worked out very well. We ate at the Shell store, which is also owned by the campground and it was excellent with very friendly staff.

Though South Big Horn County Hospital might be what brings you to town, perhaps you'll have a chance to explore more of Basin while you are here.
Quiet, neat small town.
It's very small town, to be honest, I did not stay if the price of the motel was the cheapest around the area. But people in the town are kind and nice, you got laundromat if you need to which is open for 24/7, also you got nice cafe that serve meals
It was fine. Nothing much to offer Was just a place to stay on the way to Yellowstone.
Great little diner in town on the corner with delicious homemade food. Kelly, the waitress would love to attend nursing school but can’t afford to.
